Terms of service
Last updated: 2026-09-13
Exams360 is in early access. We keep these documents current as the service evolves. If anything here matters to your decision, ask us and we will answer directly.
These terms govern the use of this website and of the Exams360 platform. Exams360 is provided by its founding team, self-employed in the Czech Republic and Poland; full legal identification is given in every customer agreement and is available on request. If your organisation has a signed agreement with us, that agreement takes precedence over these terms.
Who Exams360 is for
Exams360 is a service for organisations that certify people, such as certification bodies working to ISO/IEC 17024. Candidates use Exams360 because an organisation enrolled them for an exam; the organisation remains responsible to its candidates.
Early access
Exams360 is in early access. The service works and is in real use, and it is still evolving: features may change, and the newest parts are labelled early access in the product. We agree scope, pricing and support individually with each early-access partner.
Eligibility and age
The service is not directed to children and is not designed for primary or secondary education. You must be at least 16 years old to use Exams360. Organisations are responsible for not enrolling candidates under 16.
Accounts
Keep your sign-in credentials confidential and tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service to break the law or to infringe anyone’s rights.
- Do not probe, disable or circumvent security or proctoring measures.
- Do not access data that is not yours, or attempt to.
- Do not resell or provide the service to third parties without our agreement.
Exams are recorded
Exam attempts on Exams360 are recorded, including camera, microphone and screen. Organisations are responsible for informing their candidates about recording before the exam, and the exam application tells candidates before capture starts. Recordings are reviewed by the organisation’s own staff; no automated system makes the final decision about a result.
Candidate data
The organisation is the controller of its candidates’ data; we process it under a data processing agreement. We do not sell candidate data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not profile candidates for any purpose beyond providing and operating the service. We delete or return candidate data on the controller’s instruction, as the agreement provides.
Intellectual property
Exams360, including its software and this website, belongs to us and our licensors. Your exam content, questions, candidate records and results belong to you or your organisation. We only use your content to provide the service.
Warranties and liability
During early access the service is provided as is, without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited as agreed in your organisation’s contract with us; nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic, and disputes are resolved by the courts of the Czech Republic, unless your organisation’s agreement with us provides otherwise.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service evolves; the date of the latest change is shown at the top. Material changes are announced to affected customers. Questions go to privacy@exams360.net.
